Capita Pte interview questions

Quite straight forward, clear process. Tow rounds of interview, one is with hiring, the other with CEO. The interview took around one hour. Overall it is a pleasant experiences. There is a personality test involved "DISC".

It was quick. They literally hire anyone that is money driven or sales driven. As long as you show them that you are willing to work hard and not afraid to do it. They will hire you.
