First did a phone interview, then a video interview with partner of the office of the location I was applying for. Very basic questions, nothing too challenging. Received, and accepted offer.

Very strange group interview. One person asked all the questions while the others just sat. The office appeared lax and did not appear professional. The office environment was not what I expected.
Really strange group interviews. Unprofessional. Seemed like a lax office feel as only 8 people work in the office (Columbia). Took 3 weeks to hear back. Had a presentation in the morning, then 2 group interviews, then lunch.
