The next step was a very relaxing and nice telephone interview where they ask you to answer to some common questions such as: "Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?" or "Tell me an example where you find yourself to take a difficult decision and explain the consequence of it". The final step is a day in an Assessment Center, where they ask you to participate in a group exercise and to do a one-to-one interview with one of their manager. When you are successful at the telephone interview they assign a case study to solve and to present it at the Assessment Day during the one-to-one interview.
