Reached out to me through mobile device and an interview was set up from there. The questions asked were the basic behavioral questions. The boss at the time was very understanding and down to Earth.

Interview
A few days later I get a call to be interview. Once I get there, I was not was I expected. The office is really small and only a handful of people work there. During the interview, the Interviewer was really calm, and respectful. I assumed that the interview was going to take 30-45 mins. I ended up sticking interesting conversations with the interviewer and it lasted alot longer.
If you are called to interview be calm and be honest, don't over sell your self.
First went through the resume, then asked me some general technical and behavior problem. People are very kind and the working environment is comfortable. The overall experience is good, don't be nervous.
