      Interview

This company is a pyramid scheme, they advertise entry level marketing positions that are actually just sales jobs. They called me and scheduled an interview with me and after hanging up I immediately got a email saying that they were unsuccessful in reaching me and to give them a call.

Reviewer, Thank you for your feedback. We genuinely regret the miscommunication you experienced and apologize for the inconvenience caused by our automated follow-up system. This was certainly not the experience we strive to provide. That said, we find it concerning that you referred to our company as a "pyramid scheme." This is a serious accusation, and, as you mentioned, your only interaction with us was an initial phone screening. We take great pride in our business model, which is performance-based and focused on creating growth opportunities for our team members. Transparency and professionalism are central to our operations, and we always welcome direct discussions to clarify any misunderstandings. Should you wish to gain a better understanding of our company and values, we’d be happy to have that conversation. Thank you again, and we wish you success in your career journey. Best, Management

Hello Interviewee, Thank you for taking the time to write this. The initial phone interview as you described is to screen you to come in for our preliminary interview. On the preliminary interview, we learn more about your background as well as interpersonal and communication skills. The second interview is a day in the life of the role as you mentioned to shadow a current employee to make sure it is a good fit for both the candidate and the organization.
