Interview
I was already working in the BMET III position, working for Eagle Systems, and when Cape Fox won the upcoming contract, they sat us down and offered us $50k, $25k less than I was making. After about 4 days of disbelief on my part and them realizing that we were not just BMETs off the bench and that we were specialized in the position requirements, they offered what I was making and I went to work.
