I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Canyon Bakehouse (Johnstown, CO) in Jan 2019
Interview
Brief phone interview followed up by a background check, and a invitation for a walk through of the plant. The following was accompanied by a shift supervisor who asked me their set of appropriate questions. Questions were about how I handled adversity, how I worked in a team environment, what were my weaknesses...etc.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Canyon Bakehouse in Sep 2017
Interview
Hiring took some time, they started out with sending a questionnaire which was quite odd. Repeating questions on drug use, which made me question their staffing. Over the phone interview followed up with in person interview with tour of location and after an offer I was sent to a doctors office for a drug and breathalyzer test(which I’ve never seen a company do before). Process took a few weeks and I applied directly as opposed to a temp agency.
Cons: I wished we discussed benefits and time off during the interview so I wasn’t surprised during orientation. I know it’s faux pas to do such a thing but if those things matter, ask.
