Round 1 - 45 minutes discussion with the lead data scientist to know about the candidate and the company. Nothing too technical. The conversation is about the lifecycle of a project, right from the problem statement to deployment.
Round 2 - A case study was provided a couple of days prior to the interview. Discussion about the analysis done on the case study with a panel of 3 people. Technical questions regarding the project made sense. The panel had people who were friendly and very professional.
Round 3 - The discussion was with the VP who seemed to have made his decision prior to the interview. Not a smile on his face. He seemed to be bored and wanted to get done with within the first 2 mins.
