Interview
One first round HR interview, and then a second round of 3 back to back to back 30 minute interviews with people from the desk. Some technical questions surrounding how interest rates effect bonds, some nuances about equities. Overall, everything you will be asked will be covered in a intro finance class.
Solid discussion points with the hiring team. Everyone was friendly, but direct in their questions. Brush up on market knowledge and basic technical analysis and you will be fine, just be prepared.
30 min Screening call then a Superday, which consisted of 3 back to back 30 min interviews. Very straightforward and not very technical, just make sure you stay up to date with the markets. Overall a great experience
