Canon Recruiting interview questions

I did my interview over the telephone and completed all my new hire paperwork on my computer and fax it back. Describe my skill set, everything was completed online. Also asked me several questions. Submit my resume online. They called me for it interview several months later.

Submitted resume, was contacted approximately one month later. Two phone interviews, then phone interview with firm the contract was with. Was passed internally within the company from person to person. Appears to be a small firm, placing contracts with a major bank for call center work. I was offered employment by three different people at three different times - even after I had negotiated a hire date.
