I put in my application and was called for an interview a few days later. I wore business casual and was asked the basic interview questions and was offered the job on the stop. Started a few days later with orientation and on the job training.

Interview
Went to the job fair they held and talked with one of the supervisors. They asked some simple questions, and it was fairly easy overall. Got a call back later that day offering the job.
