Canadian Bank Note Senior Software Engineer interview questions

Company required an official transcript, reference letters written specifically for the company, and a full portfolio. Spoke with a recruiter and an employee. Took the afternoon off work to interview at their Ottawa location, which I thought went well. A few days after the interview and I had not received any follow up, so i decide to contact the HR rep that sat in on the interview with the technical team. No response at all... (My reference letter was from the head editor of a pretty prominent CS research publication. When I told him I was ghosted, he was pretty pissed that I had wasted his time with an unprofessional company.)

Average interview, met with some very friendly people who described their technologies, teams, development processes, etc. I left with a very positive impression of the team and the working environment. I feel that the team here is very smart and there are a lot of opportunities to learn and contribute in a meaningful way.
