Face to face interview Ask about experience in industry Questions about my personality and approach to certain situations A quick aptitude test written Ask about computer skills Interviewer were very friendly and didn’t make me feel nervous They were keen for me to share my personal experiences form previous jobs . Mainly questions were scenario based and my answers were evaluated if I am capable to do the job or not I would have like them to show a glimpse of real day at work during the interview as many people hired with me left within short spane of time since typical day at work is different then training being provided .
