The interview was very quick and easy, it was low pressure and basically just asked about my experience in sports to see how I could contribute to the team and what position I would be working in.
It was easy as long as you have experience with other people and similar jobs, all you need is certifications. Most lifeguarding jobs will hire with certifications and that is why working for campus recreation is a similarly easy job
