The majority of the interviews were completed via webcam since the corporate HQ is located in Monaco, which is primarily where the senior level employees are located. The interview had several steps, one group interview with the controller and accounting team, one with the CFO, and one in person interview with the US Director and CEO of the company. The CEO was in the US visiting at the time and set time to interview me. It was very humbling to see a CEO take part in the interview process. After the in person interview, I had several phone calls with HR in Monaco and landed the position.

About 3-4 separate interview meetings over the course of 1-2 months which included middle and upper level management both in the US and Europe divisions. This included meeting with additional team members during the 1-2 month process in the US.
