After submitting my online application and emailing back and forth with administration, a phone interview was set up. I talked with one of the camp directors for about twenty minutes, in which he asked me interview-type questions. We talked about my thoughts on working with children, my experience, and what it would be like to be at a summer camp I'd never heard of for two straight months. The interview flowed freely and it was really easy to talk with him.
