The interview process included an online application as well as a group interview over zoom that lasted around 30 minutes. You and one other person took turns answering various questions.

I was asked why I want the job, if I have experience working with children, etc. and I got called back the next day with a job offer. I applied for this job through my university career portal. About a week later I received a call from the camp manager.
