Interview process started strong with clear communication initially. However, after completing three interviews and reaching the final interview stage, communication stopped. I was told I would be contacted to coordinate travel for an onsite interview, but never received any follow-up.
I provided my availability and followed up after several weeks, but did not receive a response.
My experience suggests a need for improved communication and follow-through with candidates, particularly in the final stages of the hiring process where candidates are making time-sensitive commitments.
