Interview
I found the interview process to be a pleasant experience. I had a friend refer me to the company, so I sent her my resume and applied online. I then received an email to set up a phone interview. After that I had two in-person interviews. They responded to me quickly about all interviews. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. After my last interview, I received a call to offer me the position which I accepted, but my start date wasn't until 2 months later which was different. It worked in my favor, but I had to accept in 48 hours of the offer letter, and then not start for 2 months.

Had to take an aptitude test before even receiving a phone interview in addition to a personality test (not sure if they're looking for people similar or different from themselves). It was required to write a 500-word essay on the future of Cameo before receiving an in-person interview.

Interview
Pretty simple and engaging! Took around 3 weeks and lucky enough you end up meeting with multiple roles (both management and diff roles) to ask questions about the role and expectations. They do a great job of welcoming you and showing you around the office and describing work culture. Everyone was passionate and motivated.
