The interview process was intense They were and took a couple months. Typical interview style questions were asked and they want you to use the STAR method to answer questions. There were also ride alongs involved.

I applied and had an Interview with the recruiter 1 week after and then couple days later, I interviewed with the district manager. Fairly straight forward interview. Company seems to be growing and moving fast.
