Friendly. Timely. Professional. Calvin Smith was personal, to the point, and know what he is looking for. The firm seems like a very good place to start a Persinal Injury career.
Very long. They have you interview 1 x 1 with multiple people who work at the firm, one after another. Interviews take hours. Only during those hours of interviewing they tell you that you’re expected to be there 8-7, Monday through Saturday and/or Sunday and it’s frowned upon if you’re not there on the weekends. And then you’re asked to come back another day for round 2. Waste of time.
