Interview
I was interviewed by two people in a conference room. Right off the bat, they gave me a technical test to complete in the first 15-20 minutes, then they went on to do the behavioral questions.

Question 1
I applied for the transportation position, so the questions were pertaining to the position: types of roadways, post mile calculations, distance cals.
Simple, zoom interview took place with two people. Asked about previous work experience, relevant coursework, and what I am hoping to get out of the position. It was about 30 minutes long and they were very communicative after the process.
Panel of 3 people takes turns asking questions. The questions are also printed individually on paper and set in a binder so you can reference them. At the end you can go back and add to your answers as well if you missed anything

Short Interview by two people and asked typical questions. Interview was 3 to 5 questions and about 30 minutes long. Response was quick, but can take longer depending on situation.
