I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Calix (Kansas City, MO) in Oct 2022

I spoke with with the recruiter and thought the interview went well, then in the 2nd round I spoke with the Regional Account Director over the phone and his cocky attitude during the 30 minute call was totally unacceptable and unprofessional. He mentioned on the call he had 20 other candidates and why I thought he should select me.. I have never seen someone so unprofessional in my life!!

Interview

Several phone/video interviews and an in person interview with my direct manager. Each interviewer had their own set of questions and was very helpful in describing their roles at Calix and their experience. The questions were mostly related to the position and were relevant.
