Interview
I was contacted by recruiter from Calix, then phone interview with hiring manager, plus 2 rounds with 4 people each round (1 on 1 for 45 minutes) and ultimately final round with SVP.
Interviewing during the end of the year and first of the year holiday season are always a challenge! Greatly appreciate you sharing your experience over the 12 week process and that you had a positive experience overall . Thanks for taking time out to provide us feedback.
