Interview was not very technical. Interviewer asked questions regarding work ethic and more behavioral questions i.e. asking about hobbies outside of school, how you are able to manage difficult tasks.

Panel interview with 2-3 people and a pre determined list of questions given to candidate upon arrival. You have about five minutes to review the questions. Interview took approximately 30-45 minutes.

Relaxed. I got in by recommendation and was the only candidate interviewing. The people at the water board are extremely nice and want their students to learn a lot. And a lot of the people do a good job at that.
