Easy, one round interview with the hiring manager and program manager. Both were very nice and welcoming, work is fully remote as a student assistant and team is very friendly and inviting
The interview was a panel interview process that relied heavily on current energy policy knowledge. It was a very detailed process that requires an extensive understanding of various assembly bills related to this subject matter.
