California Coastal Commission interview questions

Panel interview with 3 interviewees asking questions. Since it is the state, they are required to ask the same questions of every applicant. It was fairly straightforward. The second interview was less formal and more of a get-to-know-you session.

The interview process was pretty straightforward, with a discussion first describing the office and the type of work expected to be performed, then with some basic behavioral questions before finally some time at the end to ask them questions.
