Quite disorganised. I was given a vague address which doesn't show up on Satnav or Google maps. I'm sure it would be easy to find by locals but not for someone from our of town. The area had poor phone reception so struggled to get thorugh. It didn't help that the phone number and name of interviewer provided were not related to the people actually conducting my interview on the day. The phone number provided went straight to voicemail. There was no reception or clear entrance. I had to stand in the rain outside the building in the rain hoping someone might pop out for a smoke. Eventually one of the interviewers came out and spotted me. I'm honestly not great at interviews in the first place but this build up certainly didn't help! There were three interviewers instead of the one I was told about. The questions asked seemed vague and not really relevant to job description so I didn't feel I got to tell them how my experience was relative to the job. They should've given examples of tasks required from the advertised job so the interviewee could relate them to their previous experiences.
