Four or five round interview process. There was an initial screening with HR, then calls with relevant people from the department, and one in-person interview in the office. The interviews were not too high-pressure, I generally felt relaxed and respected.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Caleb & Brown (Midtown New York) in Jan 2023
Interview
It was good, I experienced a lot of good things like the questions they asked and got good feedback on what I liked and disliked about the job. Yes i appreciated how they did things too
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Caleb & Brown (London, England) in Dec 2021
Interview
I was given a take-home task to complete within three business days. It took me a little over 30 hours to do, though to be fair, it could have taken a more experienced interviewee half that time. The task was to write a React Native app that fetches and displays crypto-related data.
Even though I applied for a Junior position, the email and the task explicitly stated this was for a Senior position. I inquired as to whether there was a mistake somewhere and could have gotten the wrong test, but never got a reply back.
Though I was relatively confident about the produced result, I never heard back from the in-house recruiter. I reached out three weeks later and was then told they were satisfied with my assessment and wanted to progress to a final interview with no explanation for the silence, echoing another review on here.
By that time, I had already accepted an offer from another company, and therefore ended up declining the final interview.

Question 1
No interview questions as I only did the take-home test.
