Caldera Engineering Project Engineer interview questions

Fantastic company, filled with people who are passionate about their jobs and company. Process took about 6-7 weeks, and about 5-6 different interview sessions. Each session typically had 2 engineers with the first two focusing more on personality/interests and the later sessions testing technical skills/experience. The one downside was miscommunication between expected compensation. After giving a ideal baseline during the 2nd interview, I was led to believe my number was in their budget. After taking many hours and a full day off to complete the remainder of the interviews, it was disappointing to see that my number was not in their budget by 20%. Better communication might have saved time and effort for both parties
