Applied through a recruitment company. Initial telephone interview around 10-15 minutes long and then a face to face interview at the company in London where I was interview by two sets of two people who worked there one after the other. Short 'test' also during the interview portion which was a sort of reasoning question and then a basic 'testing software' type question.
