I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cadre5 (Knoxville, TN) in Aug 2023
Interview
Interview was 2 or 3 phone calls, followed by an on-site interview. They asked a number of highly technical questions, and my advice to anyone interviewing would be to be transparent about what you know and don’t know. They mostly asked about my background and why I wanted to work at Cadre5 specifically. I’d recommend to anyone interviewing to highlight what has led you here, what obstacles you’ve overcome / adjustments you’ve made in life to get to where you want to be.

Interview
Interviewed with HR just for a screening. It was a remote Teams meeting, and they seemed nice and wanted to move me forward, but they have ghosted me since. Complete silence from a company is fairly unprofessional, especially for one that mostly does government contracts.
