Had a recruiter contact me , I think via LinkedIn and then I heard nothing for 2 months . Then another recruiter contacted from the same firm keeping the earlier reference and asking if I was available. I was rushed to take the phone interview which I did . Then went to onsite twice , the first was for almost 3 hours and the next was for another 1 -2 hours . It was a very pleasant experience .
