Cactus (CO) interview questions

Marketing interviews can be pretty crazy, but this one was a different story. I spent 10+ hours interviewing and preparing an assignment, only to be told that I did not have enough experience. I have 5+ years experience( job called for less than that) and they are basing my experience off knowing how to fill out a document that ONLY THEIR AGENCY USES. HUH? Seems like a wild way to base an interview, not my 11+ years of experience managing $250k per month in marketing spend.
