CYS Group (WA) interview questions

It was an in-person interview with the company owners and manager of the department I was interviewing for. By having all 3 of them there I was able to get a feel for more overall aspects of the company and the specific department aspects which was helpful. It was a professional interview but also very conversational which was a great balance that made me less nervous!

Interview with the owner and at least one of the managers. They try to get an idea of who you are and they what skills you have. Then they discuss and make a decision.
