Interview
One top-level conversation and one technical interview with the marketing director and manager. Setting up a time was quick and easy, and the hiring manager was very accommodating. The conversation with the two marketing experts was great. They were willing to spend the time to learn about me and about my thoughts on the company. They asked me about my opinions on how their brands should progress next. Overall it was a great experience, and while I didn't expect to gain any knowledge from the interview, I did.

Question 1
What brands do you think CYC's brands could learn from?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CYC Design (Vancouver, BC) in May 2019
Interview
After applying several weeks before, I was offered a phone call interview with HR the next day. Following the phone interview, I was asked to come in later the same day for an interview. Met with the hiring manager, then was shown around the office. They told me that they would let me know by the end of the week- when I emailed the interviewer the following week, she phoned me to let me know that I hadn't gotten the position. (I really appreciated this, as the majority of companies I've interviewed for have ignored my emails rather than letting me know that the position had gone to someone else).
