I had a video call that lasted about 30 minutes. the tone was conversational. I was not asked any specific behavioral interview questions. The questions tended to be open ended.

Interview
First step, one-way video interview (Sparkhire). You're asked to invest the time, yet the company doesn't have the decency or professionalism to even acknowledge your submission or do follow up. At least it gave me a clear indication of the culture before I invested anymore time in the process. My advice, don't bother as there are plenty of other companies hiring that recognize the importance of two way communication with prospective candidates.
