First round is phone screening with HR by answering some basic interview questions, such as tell me about yourself? What is your salary expectation? Second round is phone interview with hiring manager asking for related purchasing experience and excel level.

A single phone screening and acceptance of offer site-unseen. Immediately started paperwork and started working as soon as possible. Mainly concerned with excel efficiency and Microsoft suite. CAD usage is a bonus.
