Interview
I received a take home project which is supposed to take you 15-30 minutes. It ended up being way longer because they were asking for the responsive design and some other details that definitely added up take a lot of time. I finished project in couple of hours, submitted it and never heard back from them again
The common wisdom is that interviews are TWO-way streets. All good firms know this, but CT has zero interest in human beings. They demand that YOU invest all your time in an automated interview with no ability to ask questions. In other words, they aren't interested in if you are a good fit, they want an assembly-line process. The worst is that they try to spin it as saving YOU time when it is shamelessly designed to save THEM time and money. All for a position that's way below market rate, with no ability to even ask about compensation until a final interview, If the company treats applicants this way, just imagine how they treat employees or clients. Devs, do not apply to positions that put the skills test up front like this and bury you under an automated system, demanding YOUR time so they can not spend any of THEIR time. Interviewing is meant to be a two-way street not the applicant assuming all the time and risk with no ability to ask questions.

Interview
The questions were vague and you had to complete a video interview before anything. Seems different than other companies in that they do not do it live and maybe want to just gloss over applicants?
