      Recruiter Interview

      Jun 18, 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at CT in Apr 2021

      Interview

I applied online and the process took 3+ months. First fill out the application form on their website, then you get an auto-generated mail with a link to complete the first skills test which includes activities like assessing candidate CVs/video submissions/web design submission. Basically checking your on-the-job skills. You also submit a video recording on the site, introducing yourself and stating why you should be hired for the job (the company does not post your video on youtube as some of the comments here have stated). If you are successful, you get invited for a zoom interview with a recruiter from the HR team (my recruiter was super nice and professional). After that you get another link to complete a second skills test similar to the first. Then the Hiring Manager reviews everything and they get back to you with the results of your application. Bummed that I didn't get an offer, I really enjoyed the entire process and the Team seemed great so I was really looking forward to working with them. My only critique would be that the hiring process took a long time. While I understand wanting to ensure that only the best hands are hired, you also run the risk of losing top talent to competition. Still open to working with the Company if the chance presents itself again.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CT (Tennessee City, TN) in Jul 2023

      Interview

I found the interview to be average. They had you look at videos of people interviewing for positions and gave you the requirements for what they were looking for. They had you rate them best to worse and you had to tell them why. This was also done on different websites. Lastly, you had to take a video of yourself and give a small interview.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Why do you want this job? Tell us a little about yourself. With regards to the website examples, they give you the criteria they are looking for. Out of the 5 examples, you rate them the best to worst and tell them why you answered that way. The same is for the pre-recorded interviews. You rate them best to worst. They are pretty obvious. Some have bad lighting and audio, others are short and don't answer the questions they asked.
