I applied online and was scheduled a few weeks later. I was very qualified so the interview only lasted about 10 minutes before I got the job. I was asked about my personality and then had to demonstrate some of my teaching skills to the hiring manager.

Question 1
The chair at the time asked a few generic questions, but mainly wanted me to demonstrate to him how I would solve a specific problem in front of a class. The problem was a fairly simple algebra exercise about simplifying some compound fraction.
