Conference room of hotel due to it being a new donor center that was not set up. You, I assume, sit in the manager's office or conference room. They'll ask you questions and you answer them calmly and honestly.

They asked me questions about my resume, common questions about phlebotomy . Mostly wanted to know my schedule availability was open about issues within the workplace already. Walked me through a day with them mentioned I’d be low staffed at times
