Entrevista muy facil. Quieren saber si conoces las tecnicas de analsis y si te manejas bien en el laboratorio y escribiendo articulos cientificos. El sueldo no es negociable, ni hay bonus ni beneficios adicionales. O lo tomas o lo dejas... Importan más las publicaciones, asistencia a congresos... es decir el curriculum. Y por supuesto los contactos para que te escojan.

Interview
I spent the day at the lab with the PI and the members of the lab. In the morning I presented my previous work, the rest of the morning and afternoon I spent talking 1:1 with members of the lab. In between we went for lunch. Overall, the process was very pleasant as people were nice, they did not really interview me, they were more excited about talking about their work. Overall a nice experience.
