I attempted to apply through the web site. There was a technical issue so I submitted the "Contact Us" form. I received a response relatively quickly instructing me to use Indeed. The online application was standard. The phone screen was minimal. The in-person interview was on-site on a Tuesday. Another paper application had to be completed that was a bit repetative. Questions were quite standard. Responses were interrupted. Little to no followup. There was a valuable production floor tour. Overall it felt qurepetitive. A decision was to be given no later than Monday. I sent a thank you email on Wednesday. I sent a follow up email the following Wednesday. No feedback was provided, just that the position had been filled. It seems like a good company and it is making a good and valuable set of products.
