Interview
1st Interview was with one of the managers. Basic questions were asked about my resume and why I wanted to go into the peptide manufacturing chemistry. 2nd interview was with the CFO, who made the case for why the company's employees needed to work overtime to compete in the peptide manufacturing industry and to be noticed by upper management for advancement within the company. The 2nd interviewer came off as abrasive, but his passion for the work was unquestionable.
There were two interviews, both closer to the informal side. It took about two weeks to schedule and complete the two calls. The interviewers were very kind during both calls.

Interview
Initial Telephone Screen - Very Basic (Are you allowed to work, very brief)
1st Interview - Met with team, very nice people. Asked questions on career goals and what they did as a company.
2nd Interview - Very stern and a little rude. Questioned my career choices and did not get a good vibe on fitting in with the company.
