Interview
I submitted my resume online through the website, after google searches for merchandising companies. I received a call from their head office in the US and had a short interview with them, basically covering my prior merchandising experiences and why I wanted to work for Crossmark. It was followed up in a few days by the district manager, who had no clear idea as to how/when she would need me, it appeared she just wanted to add me to her roster on an as-needed basis.

Friendly, asked my experience, and interviewer was very layed back. The regular interview questions were asked. Interview was over the phone and took maybe 10 minutes and got offered a position after the interview was over.

Easy, over the Phone, and quick. I was greeted politely and was given a lot of details up front. My interviewer was candid and clear about the hiring process, the pay/reimbursement, and the hours I would most likely be working.
They were great and they were super friendly. Would most definitely recommend to family and friends. Seems like a great place to work and grow for a career. Good luck
