Interview was very easy. The questions are really fairly easy. First there will be a phone interview from a recruiter. They will ask you basic interview questions. If you answer the questions well, you will then have an interview with the manager at the store which you will be working. The manager will ask you basically the same questions.

Easy and conversational. They wanted to know why I would like to work there and my customer and about what experience in customer service I had previously. The interviewer was very friendly. I had one brief phone interview and then an in person interview with my future manager.
