Interview
The first round with manager was one on one discussion and second round was Telephonic with Director. They asked about ratio analysis and accounting treatments. Financial Analysis was of great importance to them.
Started with Intro. Why do you want to join. Then they gave a situation where I need to give them the number of maruti cars that pass through a junction
3 step interview, first with theimmediate HR and then with the senior HR and finally with the manager and the director of the department.
The team was well organised and had very specific roles.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CRISIL (Mumbai) in Jan 2019
Interview
The First Round was a Aptitude Test(45 Minutes) followed by an interview in the next week ( 1 Technical Round) and the results were soon announced after that weekend
