Operations’ communication during the process was excellent. I did have to go through a four round process, plus a test exercise, which was a lot, but I felt very much in the loop throughout the whole process.

They wanted to know how well I understood the company’s mission and structure, and whether I would be comfortable working with lawyers.
Background review; law school interests; writing experience; research interests; working style; comfort with hybrid work format. Functional knowledge of arbitration and familiarity with US arbitral institutions. Plenty of contribution to thought leadership expected.
More of a conversation than anything. Questions and answers were not disjointed. It seemed as though the interviewer wanted to get a feel for who I was and why I was interested in working in mediation. Passion for mediation and arbitration seemed to be a focus of the conversation.
