I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CPI Security (Morrisville, NC) in Jan 2019
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me to set up an interview time she's very friendly and easy to work with. Shortly after had about an hour interview with the operations manager that was well.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at CPI Security (Charlotte, NC) in Jul 2019
Interview
The interview was a easy and normal process. I sat down with hiring manager and I was asked normal questions. The main point is to go in there and be confident in yourself and dress professional.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CPI Security (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2017
Interview
2 months just to get the phone call for the interview. Honestly, I felt I asked all of the questions. I was interviewed by two managers and I led the interviews. They were ill-prepared at best. I could tell pretty quickly I was over-qualified for the position. Very disappointing that HR can look you in the eye and tell you that they will call you on a specific date, only to ignore any contact with you after they never called back. Unprofessional at best. Even though I no longer wanted the position, have the courtesy to tell me your going to hire me or not when you promised you would. Enough time has already been wasted.
